Terms & Conditions 

Rates are per room, per night and include a freshly prepared cooked breakfast.

For group bookings, ie three or more rooms per party, please contact the hotel directly, as the terms and conditions will vary. We will require full payment for the accommodation two months prior to arrival. We do not accept stag or hen parties.

All bookings are subject to receiving valid card details for the duration of the stay. We will confirm your booking by email. Any bookings without a confirmation from the Kylesku Hotel will not be seen as valid.

Children

Families with children are very welcome in the hotel. Children 0-2 years are free.

It is possible to place a z-bed in some of our bedrooms at a rate of £35 per night. This includes breakfast. Please contact us directly for details.

Solo travellers

While we do not have any dedicated single rooms, we have 4 double rooms set aside for reservations made by solo travellers. Once these have been booked, it is possible for solo travellers to book a double room at the normal rate for two people. However, we do not allow solo travellers to book our family rooms.

Dogs

Happy dogs are welcome throughout the hotel. There is a £10 charge per dog, per night up to a maximum of £40 per dog (from 2020: £15per night, ceiling £60 per stay).

Payment Policy

In order to confirm your booking, we will require card details. These must be valid for the whole duration of your stay.

We do not accept Amex or Diners cards.

Parties wishing to book 3 rooms or more per stay must contact the hotel directly as terms and conditions will be bespoke. The full accommodation amount will have to be paid 2 months prior arrival.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation within four weeks of arrival, we will charge 25% of the accommodation.


For cancellations, changes or curtailments within one week of the start of your stay, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the accommodation.

Please note that we have a very active waiting list, and we will do our utmost to re-let your room. If we are successful in re-letting your room, we will not charge any cancellation fees.

We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation.

For group bookings of three or more rooms, our terms and conditions will be handled on a bespoke basis.

Cancellations must be communicated via email. If you do not notify us of a cancellation, you will be charged the full cost of the holiday.
